This is the show where we get into the minds of successful domain name investors – people we call Sherpas – and talk about the value of specific domain names. By listening to the Sherpas, we expand our thought process so we can become more successful investors ourselves.
In this DomainSherpa Review:
- We learn what the Sherpas bought or sold recently: Yardz.com, JLJ.com, Fishmongers.com
- An investor’s portfolio is appraised: eHop.com, GrassHero.com, Ovux.com…
- Get your bids in soon for these NameJet auctions: 864.com, GlobalCare.com, Grape.net…
- And much more!
We’re joined by three Domain Sherpas: Giuseppe Graziano, Shane Cultra, Andrew Rosener.

Great show guys.
In terms of Namepros, it has helped me alot during the last years, but I agree there’s too many haters threads on there. You just have to find the right threads to read (there are many very good ones).
Drew in terms of finding a mentor, it’s a lot tougher than you might think. Most very successful domainers don’t have the time (usually rightfully so) for the up-and-coming domainers, Unless you have super premium domains to sell to them (own or broker). That’s just how the game is.
Hi Sherpas…
The episode was a great one as usual…
Thanks Andrew, Shane, Giuseppe for their time and valuable insights…
Thanks Tess for an energetic hosting…you do it every time…
Good to see domains from someone I follow on NamePros… Keith…
It is great to see evaluations of domains of an expert…it connects the dots of their expertise and their actions…
I mean we read great articles about brandable market written by Keith and now with his portfolio we can understand why he decided to purchase those ..and what other experts think about the same…
Bring more experts’ portfolio evaluations…
Thanks,
Ravi
A great show again guys – really appreciate the time and knowledge you impart. I appreciate you have all worked hard to get where you are and giving up the crown jewels is perhaps a bit much of me to ask. But Shane nicely dodged the question about the 3L.com newsletter list (with hot offers on) which Tess put to the Sherpas. I posted a comment last time requesting if you could share, but didn’t get a response.
Like I said, perhaps a bit much of me to ask (btw I am signed up to all the Industry newsletters, including Brokers, that I am aware of) but if you don’t ask, you don’t get. I am just hustling like everyone else and looking for a leg up so any help would be appreciated.
If you don’t want to post publicly then please email me at@techcorporation.com
Thanks
Arpen Tucker
PS. Keep up the great work!
Arpen,
Was’t dodging, just couldn’t remember web address. Sign up at

I share plenty, no reason to start hiding things now
When only 000-999 numeric .coms available … any combo is desirable, cheers
Thank you for another great show.
Interesting discussions on the review.
I gotta say, Shane and DSAD is the most underappreciated resource in this industry. Nobody gives Shane the credit he deserves. He is as dedicated as anyone and quite the hustler by holding down the nursery, investing in other markets and taking care of family at the same time.
Want to let you know your work is appreciated.
Thank you Rod for the kind word. Not sure I deserve all that but much appreciated. I admit I do keep the plate full.
Words
Thanks for a great show guys!
I’m surprised no one mentioned Prolog.com. I think it’s a great name, although I won’t bid on it as I plan to sell a couple of names first.
PS for Shane: Thanks for the tough love, bro. BTW I’ve never owned an emoji domain. You must be thinking of someone else :-)
Keith,
I was thinking about Alvin. Sorry. I mixed up the two prolific guest writers
Another great show. A big shout out to Tess for inviting me to participate for doing such a great job as moderator. I deeply appreciated the kind words and insightful commentary from the Giuseppe, Shane and Drew. Thank you! My goal for the show was to submit some of my best names (of course) but I also included many names that were quirky and somewhat questionable as I wanted to hear the Sherpa’s insights. I thought it would make the review more interesting and that I would learn more from these guys. I got just what I wanted. Thanks folks!
Thanks a lot Keith! I’m glad you take the analysis constructively, its what we intend.
Appreciate you putting yourself out there not just with the writing but submitting your portfolio. We couldn’t do what we do without people like you.
