The QCP (Qualification Challenge Policy) applies to disputes involving a claim that a .pro Registered Item holder has not met (or does not meet) the requirements of the .pro TLD (top-level domain) Registration Restrictions. The “top-level” of a domain name refers to the domain name’s final extension; for instance, the theoretical domain name “www.adrforum.pro” would be a .pro top-level domain name because it terminates in .pro.

A QCP Challenge may be brought against a Registered Item holder for Registered Items having the .pro generic TLD, including those Registered Items further having a professional services second level domain (PS-SLD), such as .law.pro, .med.pro, and .cpa.pro.

The QCP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).
